This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.
• Providing prompt technical assistance to inquiries from CVS store employees, pharmacy staff, and Minute Clinic personnel.
• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to Hardware, Pharmacy, Point of Sale systems, Minute Clinic, and Photo services.
• Handling live troubleshooting calls on a daily basis.
• Offering exceptional customer service efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Logging problems, completing support tickets, and gathering necessary information in the support tools.
• Keeping knowledge current with accurate information regarding existing policies, procedures, and troubleshooting methods.
• Effectively overseeing call workload.
• Collaborating effectively within a team setting.
• Available to work five days a week, including one weekend shift weekly.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in technical support and/or call center roles.
• Experience in a help desk or call center setting providing technical support in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with computer hardware and software applications.
• High School Diploma or GED is required, or 2 years of equivalent experience.
