This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Responding to user support requests.
• Ensuring the quality of the support provided.
• Addressing inquiries and issues related to microcomputing.
• Ability to perform maintenance activities for networks, telephony, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Installation and configuration of software.
• Technical analysis and replacement of hardware components when necessary.
• Monitoring of technical support tickets and service queues.
• Experience in user support.
• Handling of support tickets.
• Updating and installing software and operating systems.
• Knowledge of hardware systems.
• Familiarity with Windows and the Office Suite.
• Commitment to customer service.
• Installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and networks.
• Support for key technologies of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in collaboration, including remote PC control, VPN, and support tools.
