Applications Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Conducts regular support for healthcare information systems and applications.

• Applies analytical skills and experience to investigate or escalate support concerns.

• Addresses incidents and service requests effectively.

• Aids in the development and upkeep of training documentation.

• Utilizes suitable presentation methods to facilitate or lead training sessions.

• Researches and evaluates application workflow enhancements and provides recommendations.

• Generates and assesses reports created through various reporting tools.

• Collects, analyzes, designs, develops, modifies, tests, implements, evaluates, and maintains information technologies to meet business requirements.

• Advocates for and engages in a collaborative team environment.

• Collaborates with other departments and external vendors.

• Adapts well to change with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Manages time efficiently and prioritizes daily tasks effectively.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• Preferably, a focus in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least one year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interfaces is preferred.

• If applicable, an Information Technology (IT) certification must be obtained within six months of starting and within three attempts of the certification exam.
