This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assist with calls for both internal and external clients.
• Lead and manage internal bridges to address incidents of severity 1 and 2.
• Administer the Service Desk and handle escalations.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and processes.
• Monitor metrics, reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support administrative tasks related to IT Services.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• Experience in Service Desk or incident management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Technical, Technologist, or degree in IT or related fields.
• Experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of ITIL, CCNA (certification preferred).
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and high-demand environments; experience in BPO is desirable.
