πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Ensure Exceptional Technical Support: Take ownership of the precise and prompt provision of technical support throughout the organization. Assess, quantify, review, and respond to support requirements to facilitate teams in reaching their growth, revenue, and EBITDA objectives.

β€’ Lead Compliance & Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for product compliance, guaranteeing adherence to EU and local regulations (including F-Gas, PSSR, PED, MPD). Assist in maintaining safe and compliant operations across our product and accessory offerings.

β€’ Promote Data & Digital Utilization: Advocate for Aggreko Connect and data collection, empowering data-driven decision-making. Support optimization tools (e.g., Agem) to ensure accurate solution sizing and bolster technical confidence throughout the organization.

β€’ Advance Support Capabilities: Improve operational methods by integrating AI tools and self-service support frameworks, enhancing the speed and precision of technical assistance.

β€’ Cultivate Capability & Customer Success: Enhance technical knowledge across teams, aiding in product education, application development, and early-stage issue resolution. Elevate customer satisfaction by addressing feedback, refining solution sizing, and endorsing low-emission technologies.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A seasoned technical leader with a robust background in power, temperature control, or industrial equipment solutions.

β€’ Well-versed in EU compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., F-Gas, PED, PSSR).

β€’ Commercially astute, with a proven history of supporting sales and operational teams in achieving performance objectives.

β€’ Data-oriented, possessing experience with digital tools and analytics to enhance decision-making and results.

β€’ A collaborative communicator, capable of connecting Subject Matter Experts, sales teams, and operational stakeholders across various regions.
