This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Deliver remote technical assistance to users through chat, phone, and email.
• Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, setup, and navigating features.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to enhance user engagement with the platform.
• Address inquiries regarding software bugs, system performance, and functionality issues.
• Refer unresolved problems to higher-tier support when necessary.
• Record all interactions and solutions in the system for reference.
• Maintain timely, clear, and customer-focused communication.
• Proficiency in both Italian and English (essential).
• Strong sales background and excellent communication abilities.
• Technologically adept with a quick learning curve for new systems and tools.
• Customer-focused attitude with robust problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in technical support is highly regarded but not mandatory.
• Basic Salary: EUR 920.00 gross/month
• Performance Bonus (up to): EUR 360.00/month
• Language Allowance (Italian + English): EUR 250.00/month
• Meal Allowance of EUR 10.20 for each day worked
• Assiduity Allowance: EUR 110.00/month
• Flex Work Allowance: EUR 60.00/month
