Technical Support – Health IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Administer network systems and deliver network support.

• Set up and configure active network components.

• Manage Linux administration and provide associated support.

• Conduct analysis, troubleshooting, and monitoring in the network environment.

• Supervise network management and deliver operational assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.

• Proven experience in managing and administering firewalls.

• Multiple years of experience in second-level support.

• Strong knowledge of managing Linux-based systems, primarily Ubuntu.

• Experience in managing and operating large-scale networks.

• Specialized skills in analysis and troubleshooting.

• Ability to provide guidance on infrastructure-related matters.

• Experience with administering macOS clients is a plus.

• Good understanding of BASH and Python programming languages.
