This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Serve as the primary technical authority on our hotline, providing support to distributors, installers, and end users throughout the French market with assurance and care.
• Efficiently manage and resolve incoming tickets, ensuring that each customer inquiry is addressed with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.
• Develop and document FAQ content and online training programs customized for your region, making information accessible to everyone.
• Record processes, solutions, and best practices to enhance the support experience continuously.
• Generate and present regular performance reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to keep the department informed and aligned.
• Actively participate in the ongoing enhancement of our remote support operations within a fast-paced, international team.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience that reflects the same qualifications.
• Previous exposure to the energy sector is a significant advantage, whether through internships, projects, or professional roles.
• A genuine enthusiasm for clean technology coupled with a strong desire to continue learning and growing in this field.
• Proficient command of both French and English at a C1 level or above, as you will be assisting French-speaking customers and collaborating in English on a daily basis.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint; you are familiar with them.
• Capability to work autonomously, maintain focus, and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.
• A quick-learning attitude and the eagerness to expand your knowledge in the renewable energy sector.
