This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Provide second-line technical support for Crew (Compas) products, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical issues, escalating when necessary.
• Deliver customer training and guidance to facilitate system adoption and effective usage.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or service disruptions.
• Ensure that all customer interactions and issues are accurately documented in helpdesk systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to address defects and enhance functionality.
• Assist in release activities, including validation and ensuring customer readiness.
• Contribute to the development of knowledge base content, documentation, and process enhancements.
• Experience in technical support, IT support, or customer-facing technical positions.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Familiarity with database structures (e.g., SQL) and system integrations.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, or maritime software preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer focus and a dedication to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global team.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
