• Deliver technical assistance both remotely and on-site to Field Service Operations team members.
• Address complex issues related to equipment failures and enhancement initiatives.
• Define success metrics and formulate detailed action strategies.
• Examine and consolidate findings, conduct root cause analysis, and assist with FSO repair tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical discipline.
• 4–7 years of experience in Semiconductor Etch.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools including SAP, VSPI, and ARK.
