This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Deliver technical support (L1/L2) to clients through ticketing systems, email, and phone calls.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges in partnership with customer teams and internal engineers.
• Aid in the installation, configuration, and upkeep of Linux-based systems.
• Help analyze system performance and pinpoint issues.
• Ensure clear and professional communication with customers, adhering to established processes.
• Contribute to both internal and external knowledge bases and documentation.
• Proficient in Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2/N1 or native).
• English: Intermediate level or above (for internal communications).
• A keen interest in IT, cloud infrastructure, or Linux systems.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems or networking concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn.
• Preferred (nice to have): Experience with Linux (academic, personal, or professional).
• Fundamental networking knowledge.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting or monitoring tools.
• IT certifications (LPI, LPIC, Red Hat, etc.).
