This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Deliver technical assistance (L1/L2) to clients in Japan and worldwide.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams and internal departments to troubleshoot, coordinate, and resolve reported issues.
• Conduct analysis and assess the technical performance and reliability of products, systems, and services based on client requests.
• Follow established standards and quality metrics to ensure customer satisfaction while managing communication according to SLAs.
• Maintain comprehensive internal and external knowledge bases that encompass company products and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Proficiency in Japanese (Native or Effective Operational Proficiency).
• Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate level or above).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
• Strong desire to advance as an IT professional, with an emphasis on advanced Linux knowledge.
• Basic understanding of OS architecture and Linux configuration.
• Experience in operating system installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance (specifically Linux).
• Familiarity with networking and configuration of network services.
• Practical experience with troubleshooting and monitoring tools (considered a significant advantage).
• Possession of Red Hat or LPI certifications (considered a significant advantage).
