This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Oversee incoming support tickets and deliver prompt responses to technical support inquiries, diagnosing issues related to customer setup, Tavily products, and deployment challenges.
• Elevate inquiries to Engineering and Customer Success when necessary, based on the scope and impact.
• Manage requests as part of our follow-the-sun support framework to ensure customers receive assistance when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, documentation, and product teams to escalate and resolve bugs while effectively communicating customer requirements.
• Utilize and help enhance internal tools, diagnostics, and runbooks for issue triage.
• Engage in post-mortems for critical incidents and assist in documenting insights gained.
• Monitor KPIs for support health (CSAT, bug recurrence) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enhance documentation and knowledge articles to improve self-service resources.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in technical support within technical B2B environments (e.g., SaaS platforms, developer tools, cloud services).
• Proven experience in supporting technical customers and recognizing when to escalate complex issues.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across APIs, web applications, and cloud environments.
• Solid backend skills with experience in APIs, Python, and LLM toolchains (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector DBs) alongside no-code integrations (n8n).
• General knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agent architectures.
• Comfortable working with logs and monitoring tools, with experience in third-party integrations.
• Excellent communication skills: capable of writing clear, helpful, and precise responses with meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexibility in schedule to provide off-hours support for a global customer base.
