This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve technical issues.

• Trace problems through logs and our services.

• Understand and replicate errors to identify the root cause.

• Provide clear updates to both customers and engineers.

• Approach challenges with an engineering mindset while acting as a support specialist.

• Review code to identify points of failure.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance the debugging process.

• Implement minor fixes when appropriate, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Ensure a positive customer experience.

• Collaborate with a diverse user base, from senior engineers to non-technical staff.

• Tailor your communication style according to the audience.

• Respond promptly with accurate and thoughtful responses.

• Enhance our documentation, tools, and processes.

• Create clear documentation to minimize repetitive inquiries.

• Develop small tools or scripts to improve your workflow efficiency.

• Identify recurring issues and propose enhancements.
