This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

đź“‹ Description

• You will be tasked with diagnosing and resolving intricate technical issues for our clients, ensuring they can fully utilize our platform.

• You will serve as the customer's voice within our organization, offering essential feedback that directly shapes our product roadmap.

• Our support team is founded on principles of ownership and proactivity. You will manage each ticket from initial response to resolution, engaging the appropriate team members when necessary, and ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.

• At Fundraise Up, AI is an integral part of our operations, not just an experimental tool. We expect all team members to actively incorporate AI into their daily tasks and enhance their proficiency as the tools develop.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support for a SaaS product.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level—both written and spoken—with the ability to convey information clearly and swiftly in a technical environment.

• A solid understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript—comfortable reading code and utilizing browser developer tools.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities—you investigate rather than just relay information.

• A high ownership mentality—you ensure follow-through, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively when circumstances change.

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (New York), on a fixed schedule.
