This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Deliver comprehensive technical assistance through support tickets and Slack communications, effectively addressing intricate user-reported challenges and ensuring exceptional customer interactions.
• Analyze, replicate, and resolve software bugs and usability issues.
• Create and develop internal tools and automation processes to enhance support operations.
• Act as a representative of Anysphere in technical discussions with enterprise users and developers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to escalate urgent issues and provide insights for the product roadmap.
• Update and expand user-facing documentation and internal knowledge repositories to empower both customers and team members.
• Background in technical support, software engineering, or a similar technical position.
• Strong grasp of software development workflows; familiarity with IDEs, LLMs, and AI development.
• Excellent debugging abilities and a keen interest in resolving technical challenges.
• Effective and succinct communication skills to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive self-starter with a sense of curiosity, creativity, and a strong inclination towards taking initiative.
