This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Acquire and uphold a comprehensive understanding of Acre’s software offerings, partner integrations, and supported technologies.

• Deliver technical assistance to clients through calls, tickets, and various channels in both Spanish and English.

• Diagnose software, networking, and system-level challenges with a strong emphasis on enhancing customer experience.

• Engage in ongoing testing of software and integrations to bolster quality assurance initiatives.

• Provide customer support as part of an after-hours on-call rotation, contributing to 24/7/365 support availability.

• Keep precise documentation and records within support and ticketing systems.

• Continuously develop technical and product knowledge to enhance issue resolution and customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Proficiency in Spanish and solid English skills (both written and verbal).

• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Quick learner capable of performing effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Strong time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.

• Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and basic networking principles.

• Preferred: Experience in a technical support or customer service position, particularly in a call-center or SaaS setting.

• Preferred: Exposure to software testing, system integrations, or quality assurance processes.

• Preferred: A degree in Information Technology, Systems, Engineering, or relevant practical experience.

• Preferred: CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+).
