This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of Acre’s software offerings, partner integrations, and relevant technologies.
• Deliver technical assistance to clients through phone calls, ticketing systems, and various support avenues.
• Diagnose software, networking, and system-level problems with a strong emphasis on enhancing the customer experience.
• Regularly test Acre software and integrations to ensure quality assurance and product dependability.
• Address incoming customer calls and technical inquiries that require support.
• Engage in an after-hours on-call rotation to provide continuous customer support 24/7/365.
• Keep precise documentation and records within support and ticketing platforms.
• Consistently expand professional, technical, and product knowledge to enhance issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Generate and maintain weekly or monthly reports as requested by management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time-management skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and basic networking concepts.
• Preferred: Background in technical support or customer service, preferably in a SaaS or call center setting.
• Experience with software testing, system integrations, or quality assurance processes.
• Degree in Information Technology, Systems, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus.
