This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Deliver comprehensive technical assistance through support tickets and Slack communications, addressing intricate user-reported challenges while ensuring exceptional customer interactions.
• Identify, replicate, and resolve software bugs and usability issues.
• Create and implement internal tools and automation processes to enhance support operations.
• Act as a representative for Anysphere in technical discussions with enterprise clients and developers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to escalate urgent issues and provide insights for the product roadmap.
• Develop and update user-facing documentation and internal knowledge repositories to empower both customers and colleagues.
• Background in technical support, software engineering, or a similar technical position.
• Solid grasp of software development processes; familiarity with IDEs, LLMs, and AI development.
• Excellent debugging capabilities and a strong enthusiasm for investigating technical challenges.
• Effective and concise communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
