• In the role of Technical Support Developer, you will be instrumental in delivering technical support, web development, database management, and client service. You will serve as the liaison between technical execution and client satisfaction, ensuring that clients receive outstanding support while upholding the quality, reliability, and performance of our web-based platforms.

• The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and practical experience with both front-end and back-end technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• - Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to websites, applications, and systems.

• - Investigate bugs, functionality problems, and concerns reported by users.

• - Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure they are resolved.

• - Client Support & Ticket Management

• - Manage and prioritize support tickets according to service levels.

• - Provide timely updates and clearly communicate solutions to clients.

• - Foster strong client relationships through professional and responsive support.

• - Database & Data Management

• - Accurately upload, manage, and maintain client data.

• - Create and manage custom database fields and structures based on client needs.

• - Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all systems.

• - Website Development & Design

• - Update and maintain website layouts and content.

• - Implement client branding requirements and design modifications.

• - Ensure websites are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• - Quality Assurance & Testing

• - Conduct thorough testing of websites and platform functionalities.

• - Identify and resolve bugs, layout issues, and performance concerns prior to deployment.

• - Verify that system changes meet client requirements and quality standards.

• - Front-End Development

• - Develop and maintain components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• - Troubleshoot issues with website templates and email rendering.

• - Optimize website performance and enhance user experience.

• - Client Consultation

• - Offer technical guidance and recommendations to clients.

• - Assist clients in utilizing the platform and implementing best-practice solutions.

• - Translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.


⛳️ Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualifications:

• - Extensive experience in C# development.

• - Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• - Experience with responsive web design and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

• - Working knowledge of SQL and relational database management.

• - Comprehension of web application architecture and troubleshooting techniques.

• - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• - High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• - Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• - Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• - Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to support.

Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves:

• - Experience in supporting SaaS platforms or web-based applications.

• - Familiarity with API integrations and third-party services.

• - Knowledge of email template development and troubleshooting.
