This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Provide exceptional technical support through emails and chat interactions;
• Foster robust and enduring relationships with customers;
• Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies;
• Manage sensitive customer information with utmost care and security;
• Implement the most effective customer satisfaction practices;
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client solutions and achieve KPIs;
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient English communication skills (minimum C1 level);
• Background in a technical support position;
• Experience with VPS setup and management;
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server administration;
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader;
• Strong analytical and research abilities;
• A positive, proactive, and responsible mindset;
• Personal computer (minimum 8GB of RAM) with a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
