This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide exceptional technical support through emails and chat platforms.

• Proficient English communication skills (minimum C1 level).
• Background in a technical support position.
• Experience in networking (IPsec Tunnels, DNS, packet tracing, knowledge of ports, and firewall functionality).
• Strong grasp of network infrastructure (VPN, routing, split tunneling, WireGuard connector-based tunnels).
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols (OpenVPN, IKEv2, WireGuard).
• Capability to interpret log files.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android, and iOS.
• A positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor.
• Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
