This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Provide exceptional customer support through chats, emails, and tickets.
• Oversee troubleshooting processes, manage escalations, and maintain backlog efficiently.
• Foster strong and enduring relationships with customers.
• Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies.
• Manage sensitive customer information with utmost care and security.
• Implement advanced customer satisfaction practices.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client solutions and adhere to KPIs.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams.
• Native Portuguese speaker with excellent proficiency in English (minimum C1 level for both spoken and written).
• Experience in Technical Support.
• Proficient in Windows, Linux, and MacOS, including basic diagnostic commands.
• Capable of software troubleshooting and adept at handling and analyzing log files.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and fundamental concepts of vulnerability management (e.g., CVEs, risk scoring, false positives).
• Familiarity with APIs and Webhooks for troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Ability to read and interpret scripting logic (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) and comprehend execution errors.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Jira).
• Quick learner of the product ecosystem with the ability to follow detailed procedures.
• Experience in drafting professional, well-organized notes on support cases.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Willingness to work with a flexible schedule.
• Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
