This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to Sungrow’s clientele throughout Europe.

• Clearly articulate technical subjects and educate customers effectively.

• Address a diverse array of inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to improve project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient customer service and support skills, with the capacity to manage various requests empathetically and professionally.

• Exceptional communication abilities, including strong phone etiquette, fluency in French (both spoken and written), and the skill to elucidate technical topics in a clear and instructive manner.

• A keen interest in battery energy storage systems (BESS), electricity, or renewable energy; prior experience in an industrial or technical setting is advantageous.

• A Bac+2 degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related disciplines.

• Professional proficiency in both English and French, in written and spoken forms.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is regarded as a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools is essential.
