This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Concentrate on developing the premier loan origination system (LOS) in the market.
• The Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) serves as your comprehensive solution, whether you require a pre-configured setup or a highly customizable platform.
• MCP’s all-encompassing LOS features our acclaimed point-of-sale system, complete with an open architecture and powerful APIs for smooth integration of specialized technologies.
• Automated workflows and user-friendly design tools provide a tailored, exceptional experience for both borrowers and users.
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities, detail-oriented, and a fast learner.
• In-depth understanding of web technologies.
• Proficient in SQL, Error Logs, Service Connections, Azure, DNS/Networking, XML mapping, etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues dynamically.
• Enthusiastic about security and risk management.
• Commitment to quality and efficiency.
• A minimum of 2 years in a previous technical support role is preferred.
• Knowledge of the mortgage industry is recommended but not essential.
