Technical Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ongoing oversight of the development, testing, and production computing environments.

• Execute technical modifications to guarantee environment stability and availability.

• Assist in the setup and configuration of the BI server.

• Configure and validate the BI environment in line with technical specifications.

• Assess the performance of current applications and new deployments.

• Evaluate application behavior (resource usage, response times, failures, and bottlenecks).

• Detect and resolve performance-related issues.

• Offer technical assistance during deployments and transitions between environments (DEV → HML → PRD).

• Maintain documentation of configurations, changes made, and operational procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with SAP BO.

• Certification: SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform — Administration and Security.

• Certification: SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform — Administering Servers (vendor-issued).

• Preferred: Experience in managing enterprise BI environments.

• Experience in overseeing multiple environments (development, testing, and production).

• Knowledge in troubleshooting BI applications and servers.

• Experience in performance monitoring and log analysis.

• Awareness of best practices in governance and change control.

• Previous experience in institutional settings that require formal documentation and traceability.
