Technical Support Agent – People with Disabilities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote IT technical support to customers of Positivo Tecnologia through phone, chat, email, and voice channels;

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues (Windows, Linux, and Android);

• Record, analyze, and route tickets using the internal service/ticketing system;

• Provide clear and objective answers to inquiries regarding Positivo Tecnologia products and services;

• Recognize issues and suggest quick, efficient solutions to ensure an optimal customer experience;

• Adhere to internal procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain quality and compliance in support;

• Operate in accordance with information security and risk prevention protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed high school diploma;

• Prior experience in technical IT support;

• Familiarity with hardware and software;

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;

• Understanding of Android devices and platforms;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for support via voice, chat, and email;

• Organized, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer experience.
