This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Deliver exceptional support experiences to customers through all pertinent communication channels.
• Assess customer needs by investigating any existing issues to offer strategic solutions that effectively address their requirements while clarifying any confusion.
• Achieve first contact resolution and maintain effective follow-up with service partners and internal teams to ensure case closure aligns with our service standards.
• Provide valuable feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflow and enhance the customer experience.
• Offer top-notch services to customers to guarantee maximum satisfaction by adhering to the appropriate procedures.
• Establish lasting relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management as needed, within your employment category, to ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX's Quality Management System.
• Candidates should hold at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred for this role; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must demonstrate strong time management skills and a drive to exceed expectations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and utilize customer-provided information to customize responses and actions to meet specific needs.
• Excellent communication skills, emphasizing effective listening and empathy towards customers, along with good phone etiquette (including pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation).
• Comfortable using computers and proficient in working with multiple systems, with an aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as in the language of the supporting market.
