Technical Success Manager, Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in Forma, encompassing its capabilities, limitations, and integration options.

• Lead technical discussions with clients, assessing workflows and crafting solutions that enhance project and construction processes.

• Configure and refine Forma workflows, including document management, RFIs, submittals, field workflows, and model coordination.

• Design dashboards, reports, and analytics to assist customers in monitoring adoption, project performance, and operational results.

• Facilitate integrations between Forma and enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, BI tools, and other construction technologies via available APIs and data connectors.

• Perform technical health checks, workshops, and training sessions that promote scalable platform adoption.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to implement initiatives outlined in the Customer Success Plan, ensuring technical deliverables align with customer business objectives.

• Align customer business initiatives with Autodesk capabilities and industry best practices to achieve measurable ROI.

• Share best practices, competitive insights, and customer success narratives with the broader Customer Success organization.

• Contribute to industry knowledge and thought leadership through collaboration, customer interactions, and internal knowledge sharing.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the AEC industry or AEC technology sector.

• Proven experience in supporting or implementing construction technology solutions across project teams or organizations.

• Strong comprehension of construction workflows and project delivery processes.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and technology adoption within enterprise settings.

• Proficient in creating data dashboards, reports, or analytics utilizing construction project data.

• Experience in supporting digital transformation or technology change initiatives within construction firms.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to support customer engagements and internal collaboration.
