This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Proactively oversee your client portfolio while delivering consultative support and adhering to established deadlines;
• Facilitate client onboarding using the Atlas tool(s);
• Steer clients toward success by sharing and assisting with effective practices for utilizing the portal;
• Conduct engaging training sessions and suggest refresher training for clients when required;
• Keep precise records of client interactions and update CRM systems with pertinent information;
• Examine data to propose process enhancements;
• Discover opportunities to boost customer engagement and product utilization;
• Identify chances for revenue expansion within the customer base (upsell/expansion);
• Recognize potential churn risks and implement preventive strategies to address them;
• Hold quarterly success reviews with clients in your portfolio;
• Work in collaboration with internal teams such as Sales and Product Development to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Experience in Customer Success;
• Passion for AI;
• Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Excellent communication skills and strong writing capabilities;
• Solid negotiation and analytical skills;
• Familiarity with SaaS products;
• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency;
• Proficiency in Portuguese is an advantage.
