This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Continuously engaging with customers nearing their renewal date to facilitate a successful renewal process and minimize churn.
• Regularly interacting with customers to confirm that DeleteMe has an appropriate billing method on file, enabling the auto-renewal of eligible customers.
• Making updates to customer subscriptions and invoices to ensure a seamless billing experience.
• Keeping Salesforce records up to date to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborating with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Sales teams as necessary when upsell opportunities arise.
• Working with the Finance department to guarantee that invoices and subscriptions are accurate and sent in a timely manner.
• Coordinating with CSMs and Account Executives (AEs) when contracts or agreements are needed.
• Conducting customer outreach during renewal periods and assisting Account Executives in identifying upsell opportunities for small to medium-sized business (SMB) clients.
• Supporting the offboarding process for SMB customers.
• Capability to engage with external customers alongside the account team.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-driven and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely.
• Significant experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
