This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with customers throughout the onboarding journey, identifying their needs and guiding them on best practices for onboarding.
• Facilitate personalized training sessions and develop resources such as documentation, videos, and articles to empower users to maximize their use of New Relic solutions.
• Establish and monitor clear project milestones, modify plans as needed, celebrate customer successes and moments of value, and promptly address any deviations.
• Proactively engage with customers to reduce churn risks, showcasing ongoing value and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
• Apply sound judgment within established procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions; foster productive internal and external working relationships.
• Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related computer science position.
