This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct experiments to teach world models new behaviors — including action following, scene manipulation, camera control, and more.
• Create and assess innovative data strategies, architectural variations, and training methodologies.
• Design evaluations to assess model capabilities and utilize the findings to enhance model performance.
• Transition features from research prototypes to production, collaborating with product and creative teams to fill application-specific gaps.
• Contribute throughout the entire stack (data pipelines, modeling, production inference) to advance projects.
• Over 4 years of experience in machine learning research or engineering.
• Knowledge of the architecture, training, and inference processes for large-scale multimodal generative models.
• Experience in developing robust data pipelines for both pretraining and post-training phases.
• Ability to work across the complete research stack: data, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Proficient in at least one machine learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, JAX) and experienced in distributed training at scale.
• Capable of quickly switching contexts and driving projects forward in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
