This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
β’ Oversee full-stack applications and analytics frameworks for clinical and data science researchers.
β’ Collaborate with researchers to implement analytics platforms and algorithms.
β’ Establish and manage informatics research databases.
β’ Design and develop web-based applications intended for research purposes.
β’ Enhance Health Information Technology and tools for data interoperability.
β’ Create, deploy, support, and integrate research resources and services.
β’ Coordinate, maintain, and troubleshoot intricate research engineering functionalities.
β’ Implement engineering designs and software releases while ensuring security measures.
β’ Create testing schedules and materials, and manage program testing coordination.
β’ Work with researchers, senior research engineers, and technical/data science specialists to prioritize tasks and evaluate progress.
β’ Develop and sustain data analysis and visualization tools.
β’ Build and maintain relational databases while monitoring performance metrics.
β’ Generate comprehensive reports outlining trends.
β’ Conduct time series regression analysis, longitudinal modeling, and risk assessment analyses.
β’ Ensure compliance documentation aligns with internal and federal quality standards.
β’ Formulate and maintain standard operating procedures and training records for clinical and informatics study processes.
β’ Uphold confidentiality and adhere to regulatory guidelines regarding protected health information.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience.
β’ Proficient and fluent in data management, analysis, and visualization as a test engineer.
β’ Experience in creating and managing data tools utilizing Igor Pro and MySQL relational databases.
β’ Familiarity with data analysis, quality, and process enhancement using JMP, Minitab, LabView, and Microsoft Excel.
β’ Background in audit compliance and quality assurance practices.
β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work effectively in a team setting.
β’ Adaptable, innovative, and a quick learner.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

β’ Flexible FTE schedule, ranging from 0.1 FTE to 1.0 FTE (4 to 40 hours per week).
