This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide estimates or quotes for pricing, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery timelines.
• Supervise the preparation of sales orders and related documents.
• Draft sales contracts and other relevant agreements.
• Encourage sales to current clients.
• Interpret blueprints to ascertain dimensions of structures or systems and material specifications.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients.
• Evaluate clients' needs and resources to recommend suitable products or services.
• Create reports and proposals that demonstrate the advantages of utilizing specific goods or services.
• Conduct sales presentations.
• Act on behalf of companies that export and import goods or services internationally.
• Execute sales transactions via Internet-based electronic commerce platforms.
• Contribute to product design when goods or services must be customized for client requirements.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to provide ongoing support.
• Background as a surveyor or experience in the Survey and/or Engineering (AEC) sector.
• Proven experience in recommending, presenting, and selling various products tailored to customer needs.
• Proficient in technology and computer applications: Salesforce, Email, Spreadsheets, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time (locally and occasionally overnight) to service and meet clients.
• Valid driving license in good standing.
