This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with ACEs (Architects, Consultants, and Engineers) to foster awareness and preference for the organization’s solutions in the design and specification of safety and security systems, while supporting ACEs in their design efforts.
• Identify ACEs within the market, maintain existing relationships, and proactively forge connections with key influencers.
• Develop and oversee local ACE programs aimed at securing the specification of the organization’s unified critical communications (UCC) solutions, which include PAVA, intercom, and platform integrations.
• Provide pertinent content to facilitate program success, including customer use cases, innovative design concepts, and highlights of product features.
• Assist Commercial teams in organizing and delivering ACE meetings and presentations.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Commercial teams, offering support during complex UCC project bids.
• Enhance the capabilities of key system integrators and the organization’s Centres of Excellence (COEs) through customized training programs and the promotion of e-learning initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between Commercial teams and Product Management to ensure that local market needs are effectively communicated and addressed.
• Conduct competitive analyses and identify solution gaps to fortify the organization’s market positioning.
• Influence customer requirements and drive preference for the organization’s solutions among strategic end customers.
• Identify business opportunities with ACEs.

• Proficient in English and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Technical and commercial understanding (preferably with an engineering background coupled with commercial skills).
• Customer-focused and driven by business development.
• Analytical problem-solving mindset.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in solution architecture or bid support.
• Experience in designing, estimating, and managing bids for system-based projects.
• Knowledge of PAVA and IP audio systems and integrations is advantageous.
• Experience with the design and implementation of integrated communication systems is beneficial.
