This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as a reliable advisor to primary AEC clients and AECOM project teams.
• Assist in modernizing their data and project workflows.
• Promote the adoption of digital solutions.
• Provide consultation on integrated lifecycle processes.
• Lead the deployment of advanced technology platforms.
• Maximize return on investment and empower both clients and internal teams to produce high-quality, data-driven digital products throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Create advanced Autodesk Civil 3D models (surfaces, corridors, grading).
• Execute civil/site design for roads, drainage, land development, utilities, and stabilization/restoration projects.
• Prepare earthwork calculations, surface models, and quantity take-offs; construct accurate existing-condition surfaces utilizing LiDAR, DEMs, survey data, and breaklines.
• Manage coordinate systems, data transformations, and lifecycle data management for survey and client datasets.
• Develop and manage 3D federated models using Autodesk and Bentley tools; conduct clash detection and ensure compliance with LOD/COBie standards.
• Establish, update, and enforce BIM/CAD standards; perform QA/QC reviews; offer training, mentoring, and workflow guidance across Autodesk and Bentley design platforms.
• Generate visual renderings and sequencing utilizing Autodesk InfraWorks, Navisworks, Twinmotion, or similar visualization tools.
• Prepare labor estimates, scopes of work, technical documentation, and proposal materials.
• Provide client consulting, workflow analysis, and adoption support for Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Bentley iTwin, and related digital delivery platforms.
• Oversee digital integrations and data-flow mapping within the Autodesk and Bentley ecosystems.
• BA/BS degree combined with 8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
• Over 8 years of experience in the AEC industry with BIM, VDC, or construction technology experience, or an equivalent background.
• Proficient in industry-standard design and construction software, including MicroStation, OpenRoads, Civil 3D, BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Dynamo, Bentley iTwin/ProjectWise, Revit, Microsoft Excel, Google Earth, Navisworks, InfraWorks, Vehicle Tracking, ReCap, ESRI GIS, Blue Marble Global Mapper, and various GIS applications.
• Familiarity with digital delivery workflows for infrastructure or building projects.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with experience engaging with stakeholders.
