This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage daily with internal teams such as Sales, Product Management, Security, Customer Success, Legal, and Marketing.
• Play a crucial role in comprehending the technical aspects of the sales process and ensuring messaging aligns with the value proposition established by the account team.
• Capable of interpreting technical, security, and IT requirements, mapping them to the platform's strengths, and identifying potential risks to the opportunity.
• Extensive experience in creating and standardizing content and thought leadership related to technical subjects.
• Promote effective communication between IT and business personnel with prospects, customers, and internal teams.
• Identify technical issues specific to each customer based on their industry, product, company history, etc., and proactively address these concerns.
• Proven ability to connect with and establish trust among both technical and non-technical teams, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated communication skills with C-Level Executives, particularly CTOs, CISOs, and CIOs.
• Assist customer development teams in integrating our APIs and connectors into their data architecture.
• Solid experience in Technical presales or a similar role.
• The ideal candidate should possess experience in one or more of the following areas: technical presales/engineering, technical implementation, network/server administration, familiarity with REST-based APIs, and ETL experience is a plus. Support experience, including implementation support or pre-sales engineering, is also beneficial.
• Experience in technical consulting or implementation, preferably with enterprise planning software.
• Background in technology-enabled business transformation projects.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, complemented by exceptional presentation and organizational abilities.
• Strong leadership capabilities and skills in people development.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment, sharing marketing insights and best practices with colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Preferred educational background includes a BS/BA degree.
• Familiarity with RFP collaboration tools such as Ombud and experience with demo tools like Consensus is a plus.
