This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conduct comprehensive integration analysis from start to finish, which includes gathering requirements, mapping data flows, and pinpointing system dependencies within client environments.
• Spearhead solution design initiatives by converting intricate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable architecture and integration specifications.
• Utilize a data analyst perspective to assess integration performance, highlight anomalies, and propose enhancements based on data insights.
• Harness AI tools and emerging technologies to improve solution quality, expedite delivery, and more effectively address client challenges.
• Collaborate with internal consultants and client project teams to provide enterprise-level HCM solutions.
• Develop and uphold extensive solution documentation, including design specifications, data dictionaries, and testing plans.
• Address and resolve integration challenges promptly and in a solution-focused manner.
• Establish robust, trust-based relationships with clients by showcasing technical expertise and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong data analyst mindset with proven ability to interpret complex datasets, recognize patterns, and derive actionable conclusions.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, ML libraries, or AI-assisted development environments).
• Capacity to swiftly understand business scenarios and recognize the technological implications of client requirements.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive, “make it happen” attitude and the capability to navigate through ambiguity.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Python, with experience in data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) and scripting for integration or automation tasks.
• Practical experience in integration analysis and solution design across enterprise systems.
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience in an HCM or enterprise software environment.
• Experience with SQL and concepts related to relational databases.
• Familiarity with HCM platforms such as UKG Pro, Dayforce, Workday, ADP, or similar.
• Experience with Dell Boomi or equivalent iPaaS integration platforms.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data pipeline tools.
