Technical Site Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the effective installation, testing, commissioning, and certification of fall protection and facade access equipment.

• Act as the main on-site liaison for customers, general contractors, building owners, and project stakeholders.

• Provide consistent project updates, manage expectations, and proactively address field challenges.

• Coordinate installation teams, project timelines, and delivery of materials.

• Monitor labor hours, project costs, and overall progress.

• Identify changes in scope and assist with change order documentation.

• Conduct site audits and quality assessments.

• Oversee punch-list items and assist with project completion.

• Advocate for and enforce all company safety protocols.

• Contribute to division growth through OSHA-mandated inspections, testing, and service operations.

• Serve as a technical resource and identify opportunities for expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in managing or coordinating large-scale commercial construction projects.

• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Willingness to travel up to 100% depending on project requirements.

• Experience with fall protection systems or facade access equipment.

• Background in rigging.

• Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment.

• Experience in installing structural or engineered building components.

• OSHA certifications or equivalent safety training.
