This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver first- and second-level support for healthcare IT systems, including diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.
• Address user inquiries through phone, email, and ticketing systems promptly and professionally.
• Engage in a rotating schedule to oversee the support queue, prioritize incoming tickets, and allocate them to the relevant product or functional teams.
• Work collaboratively with IT, Product, and Engineering teams to escalate and resolve intricate issues.
• Keep detailed records of incidents, solutions, and workflows within the ticketing system.
• Aid in system updates, installations, and onboarding users for new software and hardware.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of support processes and the knowledge base.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal IT policies.
• Support key clients and foster positive relationships by providing updates and guidance as necessary.
• Over 1 year of experience in an IT support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated IT support experience, ideally in healthcare or clinical settings.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management and call center support.
• Proficient in IT, networking, and general computer skills.
• Comprehensive understanding and practical experience with PC and server hardware platforms and command lines on Linux and Windows.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex applications and software products.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems (Windows 7 and above, Server) and Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, including EMR and clinical software.
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-based support processes.
• Knowledge of archival and storage media.
• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, thrive under pressure, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and participate in on-call rotations.
• PACS/Radiology/DICOM/HL7 experience. (Preferred)
• Experience in radiology workflow. (Preferred)
• CompTIA Linux, RHCA, or RHCT certification. (Preferred)
• CCNA/CCNP certification. (Preferred)
• Proficiency in additional languages, especially for EU or international regions. (Preferred)
