Technical Service Manager – HVAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist dealers and contractors in resolving technical issues.

• Facilitate installation and technical support training sessions.

• Develop training materials for educational sessions.

• Maintain customer satisfaction while achieving departmental objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in field service and repair.

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems.

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.

• HVAC training or certification is mandatory.

• Ability to access military installations and secure necessary clearances.
