This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Execute, coordinate, and follow up on administrative and operational tasks related to technical service requests.

• Receive and log technical service requests for eligible ASP equipment in the designated information system.

• Assign and schedule engineers based on service requirements and their availability.

• Monitor work orders to ensure contracted service levels are achieved and escalate risks to local leadership.

• Maintain information on equipment location, registration, and field-service traceability.

• Assist with spare-parts shipments and collaborate with logistics for delivery coordination.

• Ensure traceability of calibration and monitoring tools and facilitate their transfer to calibration providers.

• Document supply or service acquisition requests and oversee their closure and invoicing.

• Direct out-of-scope requests to the appropriate department.

• Inform users and customers about service schedules.

• Collect customer satisfaction surveys.

• Compile technical service support documentation for specific clients.

• Work collaboratively with technical service, clinical demand generation, indirect channel, and logistics teams.

• Engage with customers by phone as part of the role.

• Participate in special projects and tasks assigned by technical service management.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in technical service or supply chain fields.

• An undergraduate university degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, preferably in Biomedical Engineering.

• Intermediate conversational proficiency in English (B1–B2).

• Desirable Spanish–Portuguese language skills (A2).

• Knowledge of customer care and service chains.

• Familiarity with information-system registration and traceability.

• Experience in end-to-end case and service management.

• Validation skills for eligibility, contracts, and spare parts.

• Ability to identify deviations.

• Sound judgment and autonomy in decision-making in line with standards and business requirements.

• Strong critical thinking skills.

• Competence in risk analysis.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a sense of urgency.

• Professional communication skills.
