
Technical Sales Specialist β Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
β’ Lead and support Managed Services sales opportunities in partnership with the core sales team.
β’ Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insights into client pain points, business motivations, and technical needs.
β’ Create proposals, presentations, scopes of work, pricing strategies, and ROI-driven business cases.
β’ Collaborate with architects, operations, service delivery, and solution development teams to ensure proposals meet delivery capabilities and client expectations.
β’ Help establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients throughout the presales process.
β’ Gather and communicate client insights and feedback to enhance service offerings and improve customer experience.
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and/or military experience.
β’ Over 6 years of experience in a technical presales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting role, ideally within Managed Services or IT Services.
β’ Demonstrated ability to comprehend customer needs and convert them into effective service solutions.
β’ Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple priorities and collaborating effectively across teams.
β’ Comfortable presenting to both technical and business audiences.
β’ Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, quoting platforms, and proposal software.
β’ Familiarity with ITIL, service delivery models, or MSP operations is advantageous.
