This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Utilize technical and application knowledge to provide value to customers and stimulate sales opportunities and projects.
β’ Oversee and convert sales opportunities within designated water treatment products and market segments.
β’ Proactively identify, cultivate, and manage new customer prospects for strategic Water Treatment products.
β’ Establish robust, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits and consultative interactions.
β’ Achieve set performance goals, including targeted sales and margin objectives.
β’ Offer technical solutions, product suggestions, and exceptional customer service for both new and existing clients.
β’ Assist Sales Managers, Business Managers, and external Account Managers across all Water Treatment products.
β’ Provide in-depth technical and application knowledge, especially where sales team members may have limited technical expertise.
β’ Continuously enhance product, application, and industry knowledge, including trends, regulations, and customer requirements.
β’ Collaborate closely with customers on new applications and solution development.
β’ Work with suppliers to foster technical opportunities and present updates on pipeline progress and conversions.
β’ Deliver timely and precise reports on activities performed, including plans, customer visits, evaluations, performance, and accomplishments.
β’ Relay customer and market insights to Business Managers, Sales Managers, Account Managers, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
β’ A degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience in the Water Treatment industry.
β’ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
β’ A customer-centric approach with the ability to recognize and cultivate opportunities.
β’ Openness to learning, developing technical skills, and advancing within a technical sales position.
β’ Comfortable working in industrial or waste-related environments.
