This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Accountable for driving sales growth throughout the West Coast, focusing on industries such as plumbing, data centers, medical, and agricultural, with a travel requirement of 50%
• Safeguards, enhances, and supports sales for designated regional clients
• Engages in new customer prospecting, generates opportunities, and manages relationships through a comprehensive 360° approach
• Oversees sales opportunities and activities utilizing established systems for the region
• Addresses customer complaints and provides field service/support
• Assists key account teams at local production sites
• Effectively manages time, resources, and personal development
• Familiarity with sales processes, principles, and relevant industries
• Understanding of internal support processes, quality management systems/principles, and their application
• In-depth knowledge of Oetiker products, applications, and assembly solutions
• Mechanical and commercial aptitude
• Demonstrated capacity for learning
• Commitment to working with the utmost integrity and compliance
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to cultivate enduring business relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, complemented by relevant technical experience
