This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Meet and exceed sales targets within the designated territory.
• Promote products tailored to the market segment through close cooperation with our strategic suppliers and proactive marketing of our portfolio and services.
• Gain a thorough understanding of customer challenges and effectively convey the value proposition of Thermo Fisher Scientific Group to expand market share.
• Execute our digital strategy by utilizing all available internal tools and encouraging customers to engage with resources such as our e-commerce platform.
• Create and implement strategic and tactical plans for the territory to enhance market penetration and achieve goals.
• Regularly interact with customers through high-quality engagements with users, buyers, and other key decision-makers or influencers.
• Apply pricing strategies to enhance sales volume and profitability.
• Leverage internal resources to maximize time spent with customers.
• Foster and nurture strong relationships with colleagues throughout the Thermo Fisher Scientific Group.
• Collaborate with our manufacturing partners to enhance technical expertise and capture business opportunities.
• Oversee, implement, and develop profitable annual contracts in conjunction with European Account Managers.
• Bachelor's degree in applied or fundamental sciences.
• Demonstrated sales experience across diverse research and development sectors.
• Ability to navigate effectively within a matrix organization.
• Exceptional communication skills in French, with English proficiency required for collaboration within a European context.
• Capability to work efficiently in a team environment and delegate responsibilities as needed.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Experience working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions.
