This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Drive sales growth of the Neurovascular product line with both existing and prospective clients.
β’ Meet established quantitative and qualitative targets to enhance the company's market presence and standing.
β’ Forge and sustain robust, long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers and other essential stakeholders within your designated area.
β’ Proactively engage with targeted healthcare institutions to implement initiatives that stimulate sales growth and enhance the patient experience.
β’ Conduct market analysis, create a strategic action plan in line with national objectives, and execute it across the territory and pertinent accounts.
β’ A higher education qualification in business or equivalent knowledge/experience.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in selling products or services, preferably within the medical and/or surgical field.
β’ Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at a professional working level.
β’ This is a field-based role; a valid driving license is necessary.
β’ Understanding of hospital decision-making processes is a plus.
β’ Capability to recognize customer needs and translate them into viable solutions.
β’ Strong analytical abilities and a consultative approach towards clients and prospects.
β’ Solid negotiation skills with the ability to successfully close deals.
β’ Results-driven, tenacious, and dedicated.
β’ Open-minded with a strong team spirit, capable of maintaining effective communication within a matrix organization and across multidisciplinary teams.
