This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.
• Create a dedicated sales team
• Enhance proactive sales initiatives
• Cultivate sales with both existing and new clients
• Target the pharmaceutical sector
• Investigate additional applications for dehumidification technology
• Leverage digital channels to generate and secure sales opportunities
• Upgrade the current installed base through value-based selling
• Exhibit strong business insight
• Partner with marketing to gather market intelligence
• Technical degree in engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
• Commercial sales mindset
• Strong technical knowledge for customer solutions
• Ability and enthusiasm for analyzing sales data
• High degree of mechanical aptitude
• Excellent organizational and commercial abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Previous business-to-business sales experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of heat transfer
• Experience with HVAC systems or similar is beneficial
