Technical Resource and Regulatory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical liaison for the engineering community.

• Offer technical support, product expertise, and regulatory advice to both internal teams and external partners.

• Spearhead initiatives to secure necessary state, provincial, and municipal approvals.

• Create and present technical presentations.

• Track and analyze changes in regulations and specifications.

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to deliver technical assistance.

• Keep precise and timely records in the CRM system.

• Foster and sustain strong relationships within national and local industry associations.

• Participate in, exhibit at, and deliver presentations at industry conferences and technical gatherings.

• Remain updated on industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, preferably in engineering, construction management, or a related technical discipline.

• Prior experience with DOT and/or municipal specifications is desirable.

• Experience in technical sales, product support, or regulatory compliance is preferred.

• Strong familiarity with ASTM, AASHTO, and DOT specifications is highly preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools.
